• Pay invoices according to the agreed terms

Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are set out in your scope of work or invoice. Monthly retainer packages are billed in advance and renew month-to-month unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice. One-off projects are typically invoiced 50% on commencement and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted at our discretion when work has not been delivered or is materially defective.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share, publish, or otherwise disclose your business data, financial records, or proprietary information without your written consent — except where required by law. Where appropriate, we are happy to sign a mutual NDA before commencing work.
