Each tier includes bookkeeping plus a set bundle of analytics, reporting and admin hours. We'll walk through the exact deliverables in your discovery call and document them in a written scope before kickoff.

Both. Monthly packages work best for ongoing bookkeeping and analytics. One-off projects (a dashboard build, a catch-up cleanup, a research report) are quoted per scope using our per-service rates.

Onsite work in Metro Manila and surrounding areas is quoted on top of the base service rate. We'll confirm the surcharge once we know your location and visit frequency.

Yes — we serve clients in Australia, the US, the UK and beyond. International work is delivered fully online with regular check-ins on your timezone.

Yes. All our packages are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days' notice — no lock-ins.

Monthly invoicing in USD or PHP. We accept bank transfer, Wise, and major card processors. International clients are billed in USD by default.
